Rome, very central 2 bedrooms 4 beds

We were welcomed by a very nice and kind man. It's always pleasant to meet someone. He even prepared snacks and a bottle of sparkling wine for us. His level in English was very good. The apartment was cool, with the AC on. Watching the sunset, over the other buildings rooftops, from the windows was great.

I think I didn't manage to correctly use the shower because I didn't really find how to get the water cooler. It was a little bit too hot for me.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the hosts and his lovely wife made us feel genuinely welcome. They are some of the kindest, warmest, and most thoughtful people we have met during our travels, and we were truly happy to have had the chance to meet them. The apartment was spotless, sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with natural light. Everything looked new and was in perfect condition. We were four adults, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable enough for all of us to stay without ever feeling crowded. What impressed us most was the incredible attention to detail. The hosts had thoughtfully prepared everything we might need during our stay. There were snacks, treats, and refreshments waiting for us in the kitchen, which was such a lovely surprise. After a long journey, being welcomed with music playing softly in the apartment was a beautiful touch and instantly made us feel relaxed and at home. The hosts even helped us carry our luggage and were always available whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality went far beyond expectations and made our short holiday in Rome truly special. The location is another huge advantage. The apartment is very central, and most of Rome’s major attractions can be reached on foot within 15–20 minutes. It was the perfect base for exploring the city while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable place to return to each day. When we come back to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice again. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, central, and welcoming place to stay, do not hesitate to book this apartment. Apartment was perfectly located , close to many shops and just a short distance to piazza del popolo, Spanish steps and Trevi fountain it’s also within walking distance from many of the historic sights and restaurants near by. The apartment itself was clean and spacious with 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a sofa bed in living room. All areas with air conditioning and lovely big windows for fresh air. All rooms had high ceilings which made the space feel big and spacious. The host left some basics like coffee , fruit , bread and water for us and even had a bottle of wine and light snacks on arrival, which was a nice touch. Host checked in on us through out the trip to make sure all was going well and to see if there was anything we needed. We wound def stay here again if visiting Rome again.

There no real negatives for us.. but maybe be aware that the apartment is on the fourth floor, so there are a lot of stairs to climb . There is a small lift / elevator which fits one person or luggage so still manageable .

Great location, clean, quiet and well equipped. Alvaro was vey welcoming with some food and drink waiting for us. Great communication and some useful recommendations for restaurants. Also, air con was much needed and very welcome after a day of sightseeing!
