Lots of space. Very comfortable.
The one bathroom sink was not draining. I mentioned to the host and she didn’t address or fix it.

Put the drying rack on the balcony to dry clothes and a neighbor from upstairs complained

The location was perfect for us. Our group of 7 adults were very comfortable and had adequate privacy and amenities. The hosts were easy to communicate with and arranged airport transfers for us. Lorenzo, who checked us in, shared several links for restaurants, cafes, pizza, etc.
The only communal room in the apartment is taken up with a large dining table. If they someday trade it for more lounge seating, it would make the apartment even better. A working elevator would have been appreciated - we had an 80 year old in our group who managed the one flight of stairs fine, but not with luggage.
