The location in Campo Marzio is excellent! The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and comfortably furnished with each room having a personality of its own. We liked that the unit was only 1 floor up making it relatively easy to carry luggage up to it. The owner, Valentina, was excellent with communication and ensuring we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. She even coordinated a private van + sedan pickup from Termini station for our family of 9, which ensured we had a smooth arrival. We liked the local store suggestions in the kitchen. This made it easy to find groceries and other basics within 8-10 minutes walk of the apartment.
Please consider letting guests know that they should periodically check & empty the condensate vessels beneath the air conditioning units to prevent them from leaking onto the floor.

Lots of space. Very comfortable.
The one bathroom sink was not draining. I mentioned to the host and she didn’t address or fix it.

Put the drying rack on the balcony to dry clothes and a neighbor from upstairs complained
