Dream Home

Location was great. Walking distance from most popular attractions. For first time in Rome, this location allowed us to easily schedule early morning tours so we beat the heat and crowds.

Place could use better cleaning and towels. Towels have been used quite a bit and could be changed. During our two weeks stay in Italy we stay in two other properties and even though one of them was campsite they all were cleaner than this place. There were spider webs and bugs in the living room and underneath the couch storage area. We were looking for extra pillow and when we opened the couch there were small spiders. Also we had really hard time finding the property initially, we had to call the owner multiple times until we locate the place. Once locating the place we were welcomed with a hot, stuffy apartment. The host was informed of our arrival time and could’ve started the water heater or the AC but none of that was done. I booked this place because of the high rating and it didn’t meet expectations.

Lovely location and very nice and comfortable. Very spacious for what we needed.

TV was locked on a Netflix account that we couldn’t use.
