地理位置很好 离火车站和景点都很近 非常方便 步行即可完成所有旅行 入住第一天很晚的时候不知道什么原因跳闸了 联系了房东很快就给了解决措施 最后还冒着雨亲自上门处理 很快就恢复了供电 太感谢了！！房间也很漂亮 跟朋友住得很开心！

- Emplacement parfait : restaurants, commerces, 8 minutes à pied du tram pour l'aéropot et de la gare pour aller à Sienne, Pise, Bologne - Appartement très bien équipé (ouvre-bouteille, cafetière nespresso, bouilloire, vaisselle) - Appartement calme car ne donne pas directement sur la rue

The Apartment itself was Clean. There was no breakfast (not sure it was included, but you asked) only coffee and water. The apartment was adequate for our short 3 day stay. The Manager was nice, very helpful and responsive. The vallue for Firenze was comprable to the area.
The coffee pods didn't work well in the machine, and there weren't enough for 2 people, 3 day stay. There also wasn't enough toilet paper left, we bought more and left some. The hallway and entry was unappealing, noisy and had unpleasant food smells from what I think may have been tennants in the building. There was no help for us 2 older ladies with our luggage up the 2 flights of stairs. The area was Ok, but not very immersive.
