Stunning 5 Bedroom Villa in Puerto Banus with Pool

Locations, space, amenities. BEAUTIFUL VILLA. Would book again!

Where the 5th bedroom was located, we didn't find it until the second day, but was entirely pur own fault.

There was a group of 10 of us for a girls trip and this was the perfect villa!! It is spacious and accommodated us all. We will deffo be booking again for any future trips. It’s located in the perfect place which allowed us to go out to busy places but to come back to a quiet and private area. The pool was warm and we were able to relax in the large outside area and have our breakfast. It’s the most beautiful villa and we will again be booking in the future. This was the cheapest villa we found when looking to book and was amazing value for money!

Upon arrival there was no instructions on how to enter the property or any codes. I had to ring to find this out, as well as the WiFi passcode. I feel that this should have been given a few hours in advance to make our check in more smooth. The upstairs shower is not fit for purpose and constantly floods the bathroom floor. The shower tray is simply not big enough, as soon as you turn the shower on, it leaks all over the bathroom floor and flooded it . We had to put towels down after every shower. The downstairs bedroom closest to outside did not have any air con and the bedroom closest to the kitchen does not have a bathroom door, however all other bathrooms have a door. These were just minor things and did not impact our stay, however if these were resolved I would have given a 10!

Property was absolutely stunning in a really ideal location.

Управляющий, некий Эрин, утром в день заселения прислал список требований, что нельзя делать на вилле, довольно длинный. Я считаю эта информация должна быть озвучена заранее. Мы не собирались делать ничего из перечисленного, к слову. Далее начался квест, как попасть на виллу. Он пообещал, что когда уборка закончится, он сообщит-этого не произошло-мы хотели до времени заселения с 14 оставить хотя бы вещи. Нам выслали инструкции, но код ключей нет. Прождав полчаса, мы уехали. И он наконец ответил и прислал код. Зашли, посмотрели, в одной из спален лежала дохлая кукарача. Далее мы не смогли заехать в паркинг-ворота как оказалось позже, были отключены от электричества, но мы, прождав полчаса опять уехали и не стали возвращаться. Я попросила его проверить самому и дать знать-он не ответил, не появился. Потом мы получили сообщение, что вообще то заселение с 15. (За 2 дня человек не перезвонил ни разу и не появился). На второй день мы не могли отключить сигнализацию-ибо батарейки были на пульте сели. Приехала охрана, которая тоже не могла с ним связываться, нас спасать. Я звонила в полицию. Такого треша не было ни разу. Хочу сказать, что вилла сама по себе нормальная, из минусов-довольно старая, кондиционер в двух спальнях на первом этаже не работал практически, но состояние приличное, хотя управление ею вызывает вопросы. Все проблемы и вопросы вы будете решать сами и никто вам не ответит.
