We were given alternative accommodation in the same place as when we were shown around, the shower had been broken.
The new apartment was larger than the one we had booked and we were not charged the extra cost.
The host was friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with the TV and I called him for advice, he came straight round and fixed it.
In the fridge there was a carton of milk and some tea/coffee so we could have a drink when we arrived.
The settee was uncomfortable and really low.
The place was not as clean as I would have done myself. Cobwebs and dust, but this was probably due to the fact that no one planned to stay in that particular apartment.
It was in an acceptable condition but couldn't give it a 5* rating more like a 4*.
