Ashbourne is a great place to stay and the cottage is really sweet. Comfortable and clean. Really loved the welcome goodies, that was a lovely touch. The garden is secure.
No negatives, just a couple of things to note that may be helpful to others - Travellers with mobility issues may struggle as there is a slope and steps to access. There is a £25 dog fee paid after booking, and you can request a later checkout (12noon) for £35.

Clean bed linen and towels. Central to Ashbourne.
Cobwebs and dust. Outdoor area full of dead plants. Parasol in shed was ripped dirty and cobwebbed. Bins weren't marked "Lorash".

Cosy cottage enclosed secure garden perfect for my dogs. Close to centre but no distruption from traffic . Layout different but I liked it . Kitchen had all you would need. Shower really good comfy bed nice linen. I was a sole traveller felt safe and secure. Would recommend and I i tend to return.
Hill up a little steep but would not put me off a return visit.
