Great having a games room for the kids. The open plan kitchen dining and living room was very good to keep everyone together during the stay.
There were a few little issues in the kitchen area, the tap was not attached to the sink so we had to hold it in place to use it. The air fryer did not work so why was it there? Some of the bedrooms in the rear of the property had a musty smell and looked like there was a leak in the roof area.

The garden was lovely, the hot tub was filled and ready for us when we arrived with beautiful scenery all around. The games room is a great addition too.
