Perfectly located for what we were there for the one night stay. All slept well and had a good night. Host greeted us on arrival. Not far from Brodie Countryfare for a great breakfast
No wine glasses, or glasses for GnT or the likes. A manual would be great for the tv, heating and hot water (we were shown how to put the heating on), weren't sure if we needed heating on for hot water, with it being hot the heating we really didn't want to have heating on though. No wifi, this would be beneficial. TV reception were patchy and interupted. Patio furniture would be great for summer nights. Realise that it is under new management currently.

Great location to stay to break a long journey from Caithness to South Lanarkshire. Great breakfast at nearby Nairn beach front, so no problem having to leave at 10am the following morning.

Host was very welcoming making sure all was satisfactory both upon arrival and departure. Very relaxed and friendly attention during our short stay. Such good value and very helpful as we needed to break our very long journey with a single night in the caravan.
No WiFi provided, but was clearly stated it wasn't available.
