Lovely peaceful ranch to stay on near the animals, there were deer, highland cows and a goose. The playpark was great for the kids (age 3 and 5). We didn't use the bar or restaurant so can't comment on that. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Great base for going drives around the north. We went to the fyrish monument, loch Ness then fort augustus and inverness. Would definitely come again!
The pillows were a little flat, but that's expected but the beds were comfortable.

Very peaceful place for those who just want to stay at the Ranch and not explore as everywhere you need to go by a car. If you are looking to just relax, the place is just for you .
Zero Communication with the owners ,l requested for the lodge to be decorated for Christmas, but haven't got any response, l will pay the extra if need it but they simply seems not to bothered about their customers.
Secondly ,if you are looking for something to eat you won'tfind big selections of food either,so you will be better off booking some local restaurants ahead .of your stay.

The lodges were just perfect for our family trip in Highlands. We had everything we needed: a beautiful park with horses and deers, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, a nice terrace for the mornings coffees. And amazingly starry sky every night! If you are looking for a peaceful accommodation the Delny Lodges are the best choice for you in the middle of the Scottish Highlands. Thanks for everything, we'll be back soon!

It met all of our requirements.

The location was fantastic. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The animals within the park were so friendly, the kids loved feeding them.
A great place with a lot of potential.
To be honest the accommodation was a little old and worn. Clean and comfortable but still outdated.
I’m sure that once they formally own the place they’ll put things straight and up to date.

We were on a family trip to Highlands and found this property in booking.com. The location was isolated but not too far from the main roads to reach. Very quiet place ideal for a family holiday. Free boating available in a loch belongs to the property was fun.

On arrival at the location the staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic, the cabin itself was comfortable and exceptionally clean and tidy. The grounds were well kept, grass cut nicely etc, and the walks around the woods were lovely.
The beds were comfortable, however they were fairly creaky and could do with replacing at some point
We really can’t complain about anything else!

We had a fantastic stay. We absolutely loved seeing the animals, such beautiful deer, horses, cows and of course the naughty goose! We had a lovely walk around the site and down to the loch.
The lodge was so comfortable and exceptionally clean. The kitchen we had everything we needed to cook our evening meals.
It was easy to access Inverness and the surrounding area to visit family. Even though it was easy to access facilities it felt very secluded and it was absolutely silent at night!
We will definitely be staying again next year when we come to visit our family and we will be bringing our son because the accommodation was very family friendly. We loved the park opposite.
We were worried about being cold in the night but the heaters made the lodge incredibly toasty! All the furniture was comfortable and we slept so well.
Just be aware this is a family owned business so if you arrive later in the evening drop them a message to let them know you’ll be later arriving, we woke up their adorable daughter and dog when we arrived after 9pm!
Recycling facilities would be appreciated.

Very quiet location lodges set in the woods.club house quite good food(limited)local entertainment decent shower
Would suit nature lovers not those looking for a luxury break!
Lodges feel dated chairs uncomfortable bed not much padding tv very small kitchen ok no washer can be hard to find but a tip most sat navs will take you to the entrance(found out last day!) Beware on the lanes narrow with cyclidts and big tractors
A bit expensive for the accomodation

The location and layout of the park was excellent. Well kept grounds with the lodges set amongst pine trees. The 'Dutch Barn' restaurant/pub on site was useful if you didn't want to cater for yourself every day. They served a selection of well cooked meals, fish & chips, burgers, chicken, beef pies and home made lasagne etc at reasonable prices. The bar prices were good as well. Seems to be frequented by locals which is always a good sign. Had an enjoyable evening there listening to live Scottish folk music. Our foster child enjoyed feeding the small herd of deer that are kept on the site and seeing the highland cattle. You can hire bikes and paddle boats on the local loch.
Unfortunately this is a lovely holiday park let down by the outdated accommodation. The lodge was clean but had seen better days. The beds were not that comfortable. Be aware that no towels are provided. You can hire them for a small fee but they are old. The lodges are in desperate need of some money being spent on them to bring them into the 21st century you would then have a first class holiday destination.

Nice quiet location
No towels provided and no info on website regarding this. Laundry expensive and no means of drying if you didnt want to use tumble drier. Airer in lodge would have been helpful. Single beds not comfortable.

It was so peaceful and with the animals on the farm it made it feel very homely.
The playpark was a bit run down.

The location was a good mile off the main road and was in an isolated spot. Lots of nature in the park. Friendly staff. Great place to stay to visit other areas of the Northern Highlands. The lodge was spacious, dry and was located in a wooded area.
No central heating in the lodge which we stayed in, however heaters were provided. This however is just a minor gripe and from what I am aware of the more modern lodges do have central heating.

There's nothing to dislike. Everything about the place was perfect.

This is well located for a quiet retreat and for ‘getting away from it all’. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The animals on the ranch were lovely and the setting with the loch walk was very pleasant.
The lodges are dates and tired. They could be improved by re-decorating and more modern furnishings.

lovely location, very rural, peaceful and tranquil.
Chalets were clean and well maintained.
The chalet needed a bit of an upgrade, the beds weren’t the most comfortable and in general I felt that the bedrooms were dated and could do with a little upgrading.

The location was fabulously isolated, the walk to the loch was pretty and my grandson loved the deers (fed carrots everyday) and the angry goose.
The lodge was lovely, basic, clean and warm and considering that we went at the end of January, which was cold and wet, we were all very comfortable.
Alness, a pretty small town is 6 miles away and Invergordon is about 4. Inverness, a lovely city is a scenic drive away and full of charm.
A location for cycling and walking and definitely for a peaceful, quiet getaway. We'll be back again in the warmer months for more exploring.
Nothing to really dislike, except for the rain which was not the fault of the lodge, but the January weather.
Not really wheelchair friendly as there are gravel slopes to the lodges and steps, which was a challenge for one of our family members.
