Clean, modern, great location, everything you need to explore the area.
Accessed directly from the street, so a bit noisy given the location. Lack of windows and street exposure meant lack of natural light. Also, keypad access meant no locking door whether in or out (other than a latch).

Supremely clean and well equipped one room house with bathroom. Everything spotless and the shower was good quality. Safe, comfortable, warm, massive TV, air conditioning, wifi included, at the heart of old town. Biscuits, tea, coffee and bottled water provided as added bonus. Communication was straightforward and the host accommodated a short extension to check out time.
There is very little natural light but that can't be avoided as there is only a small window area at the front. If you are not out on the town on Saturday night yourself, you will feel like you are in the pub across the way anyway - there's very poor sound insulation and the pub is open late. But it was quiet on other nights.
