Very new construction. The superior apartment on the upper floor is a large modern apartment with a spacious loft for the queen bed and second TV (note: the remote controls both TVs, so you can only use one at a time). Walk-in shower with rain head. Nice new towels. Strong air conditioning, but in the extreme heat of July-August, it needs time to cool down the loft area. Excellent location at the edge of the historic center where there a lot of restaurants and access to the main shopping street. Plenty of free parking two blocks away. The picture I uploaded shows the actual new building because the one in Google maps is old and invalid.
The was super hard and not comfortable. I think we were sleeping on a box, not a mattress (weird). The apartment needs a few small details to be perfect: an extra towel hook in the bathroom; a shelf in the shower for lotions. There is room in the loft for a chair or someplace to put your clothes rather than drop them on the floor. A microwave would be nice to have.

The apartment was well lit and clean. The sound isolation from the street was good. The bed was comfortable. The hot water in the shower worked great. There was a greek coffee making machine which was great. The location was decent - 10 minutes walk to the center.
First and foremost - there was no curtain / wall / door that closes the shower. It was completely open, and after every shower, no matter how hard we tried, the entire floor was filled with water.
The pillows were not comfortable for us.
Almost no storage space.
No place to dry washed dishes.
