Great location in old Kalamata. Exceptionally clean and equipped. Lovely spacious balcony/terrace. Clear instructions on how to gain access and use facilities. Would highly recommend.

Location and convenience to everything including a nice walk to the beach
Our timing! It coincided with the laying of cables outside!!!!!

The location is hard to beat. The accommodation is literally a few steps away from a great place for souvlaki and some really nice restaurants. The city's historical museum is also nearby. Yet, despite all this, it wasn't noisy at all. I also appreciate the fact that there's a washing machine.
The bedroom and bathroom are a little small, but the living room was quite cozy. It wasn't a big deal though.

The accommodation was clean and the host was keen to help when I had problem to get the keys to enter the flat.
It was a decent and clean accommodation and located at quite central point of Kalamata. However, it is not the right value for the money. Terrace view was not good, not too close to the beaches and washing machine did not work well.
