Welcome to our modern and newly renovated studio in the heart of Kalamata, a bright and functional space ideal for couples, professionals, digital nomads, or solo travelers who want to stay within walking distance of the city's vibrant core.
The studio features a comfortable semi-double bed (1.30*2.00) with a quality mattress, a sofa bed (0.90*2.00) which features a second sliding bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fast fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a modernly designed bathroom with a shower. Thoughtfully designed with a clean, contemporary style, it offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. A baby crib is available upon request.

The studio is also conveniently located just 200 meters from the central square, making it an ideal location for exploring the heart of the city. You can also explore the rich history of the city by visiting the museums of the historical center, which are just 600 meters away, or the Venetian castle, which is just 800 meters away.
The popular cycle route and large pedestrian street are nearby, connecting the city center with the Historical Center (1km), the Venetian Castle (1.5km), the open railway park and antique train museum (400m), and the famous beach of Kalamata (1km). The university is also conveniently located just 1.8km away. The Historical Center offers some of the city’s most important landmarks, including the Church of the Holy Apostles, the Archaeological Museum, the Benakeio Museum, the Military Museum, the Regional Pinacotheca, and the Modern Greek Art Gallery.
