Unglaubliche Wohnung mit fantastischem Ausblick und Tiefgaragenparkplatz!

Es gab nur eine große Decke im Bett, die Pölster waren für uns nicht so bequem, es wäre praktisch gewesen, wenn es ein paar Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine bereits in der Wohnung gewesen wären.

The apartment is spacious and thanks to the lots of windows, quite bright. It has a huge terrace with a breathtaking panorama to the ocean. The pictures about it make absolutely justice. The location is perfect, close to the airport and even providing a parking space in the garage. The agency was available when needed, responsive and helpful. The check-in and check-out was smooth thanks to their creative guidance provided online and in advance.

Lamentably, the construction next to it was still ongoing, hence we couldn't enjoy the terrace without spectators, furthermore using the curtains was also essential for the sake of our privacy. We were here in late April, the weather some days a bit chilly, but the central heating was already turned down. Compared to all the accommodations we stayed during our trip to Madeira and Sao Miguel, there's still some room to develop regarding amenities (eg. detergent provided for the washing machine, coffee capsules for all morning etc).

The property provided everything you would expect at this price point. Very comfortable and well-appointed. A huge plus is the underground parking space and the large balcony with an ocean view. Even though we were there in the second half of December, there were no issues at all with humidity or low temperatures, which can sometimes happen in Madeira.

The only downside is an unpleasant smell occasionally coming from the toilet, but this is clearly an issue with the building’s plumbing rather than the apartment itself.

Квартира просторная, если почистить и нормально оборудовать то будет прекрасным вариантом. Нам разрешили выехать на час позже, это приятно, поэтому ставлю 6 баллов вместо 5.

За квартирой совсем не следят. Очень грязные полы, носки были черные после 1 минуты пребывания в квартире. Тапочек в квартире нет, пришлось сразу поехать покупать за свои деньги, тем более что в квартире большая трасса и для неё всё равно нужна отдельная обувь. Конечно сперва думали просто помыть полы, но когда нашли швабру эта идея сразу отпала, тут почему-то пользуются маленькой старой шваброй которой конечно невозможно ничего вымыть, советую управляющей компании вложиться во что-то типа Ultramax Complete Set box. Посудомоечная машина сломана, посуда остаётся грязная. Стиральная машина плохая, не смогла отстирать даже носки которые мы в этой же квартире испачкали. Необоснованно жадное предоставление расходников. Мы вдвоем приехали на 2 недели, в квартире было 2 рулона туалетной бумаги (по 1 рулону на каждый туалет), для посудомойки было примерно 5 таблеток, для кофемашины не было ни одной капсулы. В квартире есть огромная терраса, к сожалению конкретно в январе ей достаточно сложно пользоваться потому что солнце активно светит по всей площади террасы на протяжении всего дня. Возможно в другие времена года когда солнце не так низко находится на террасе комфортнее.
