The apartment is quite large, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. 2 full bathrooms. Everything functions well, including the Wi-Fi. There's a nice small balcony for two with a slight view of the ocean. Nice location, quiet and peaceful, with a few delicious restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Clean and nice. After an overbooking left my family stranded at night, I booked this apartment 1.5 hours before check-in. The agency called immediately and saved us. The place was great, and they were extremely helpful. Thanks!

The agency said the key to the trash room was lost, so we had to drive our unsorted garbage to a small bus stop bin every day, squeezing it into the slot in front of waiting passengers. It was very frustrating since the garbage room was right at the entrance. Also, street parking is impossible after 7–8 PM, and we were not given access to the building's underground garage It was hard to set the right water temperature. The water heater is tiny (feels under 50 liters), so with three of us, the third person almost always ran out of warm water after the ocean, no matter how much we tried to save it. There’s a construction site about 100 meters away, and on weekday mornings, we constantly heard jackhammers with opened windows There was a dishwasher, but no dishwashing pods. We skipped using it rather than buying a huge pack for just 2–3 washes. Not a dealbreaker, but given the rental price, providing a few pods costs almost nothing and adds a lot of comfort

Twee badkamers, ruime woonkamer, goed bankstel. Goede wifi verbinding, woning leuk aangekleed.

Voordeur sleutel 🔑 hoofdgebouw werkt niet goed. Koffiezetapparaat lekt. Losse bedden zou beter zijn.

Bardzo fajny apartament, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, kuchnia jak i pokoje czy łazienki jest wszystko co potrzeba, z miejscem do zaparkowania samochodu nie było problemu, sklepy są nie daleko jak i restauracje gdzie można dobrze zjeść bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami. Na pewno wrócimy jak będziemy na Maderze kolejny raz.

The location is excellent—it's about a 15-minute drive from the airport and close to Funchal. We rented a car, therefore we appreciated the fact that parking was also available. Since the apartment is situated on a hill, it takes about half an hour to walk down to the beach. However, there is an option to use a funicular for part of the journey. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped, featuring a washing machine, iron, heaters, and of course, dishes.

It would be necessary to repair or replace the toaster. :)
