The view from the three terraces was stunning! The pool is spacious and you have privacy on all terraces too. The house is completely new and everything you need is inside to spend great holidays!
The way up from the village is really tough. It’s an approximate 10m drive with 20% steepness. Although this is common for Madeira, the streets are very narrow and you get the first days often a heart attack 😅 if you aren’t a good driver, this location isn’t for you. The village isn’t in walking distance. Other than that this place is amazing

Brand new, luxurious house, with 3 independent bathrooms, spacious bedrooms and wardrobes, fast internet, air-conditioning (in bedrooms and living room), extraordinary swimming pool.
Open, communicative staff (e.g. allowed us to check out later).
In August there were some occasional (bit unpleasant) explosions due to local celebrations, but we were rewarded with beautiful fireworks and view of musicians, who walked the street singing and entertaining Madeirans' homes

Propre, fonctionnelle, vue magnifique, calme, maison neuve, parking...
Pas d'équipement de sécurité pour la piscine. C'est stressant avec de jeunes enfants.
