The open-plan living area is the heart of the villa, with large windows that flood the space with natural light and provide unobstructed views of the ocean. The comfortable sofas and armchairs invite you to relax and unwind while enjoying the stunning scenery. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, whether you’re cooking for two or more guests.

LOCATION
The house is in a rural area at 3.5 km from the village of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach, restaurants and cafes.
Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.
A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.
The property has access to the main roads.
REMARKS
The swimming pool can be heated upon request with extra fee (minimum 5 days). The request to heat the swimming pool must by at least 5 days in advance and will be confirmed with the payment notice. On cold days, the pool heating may not be enough to reach 27ºC.
Cleaning is done before check-in and there is weekly cleaning, which includes a change of bed linen and towels.
Due to the climate, there are also insects and lizards in the rural surroundings, which may be attracted to food scraps. For those who are uncomfortable with the presence of insects and lizards, we do not recommend staying in a rural area.
People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when travelling around the island.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.

Very nice house. Doesn't feel like a rental.Some insects issue, but nothing major.Good communication with the management. Really amazing views. Highly recommend...Just finy expect to swim in the pool unless you are OK to swim in 20-21 degree water even if it is heated.Other thzn that highly recommend

This house has a wonderful view out over the infinity pool. I liked staying in a neighborhood that seemed very local rather than touristy. Once you get used to climbing the hilly roads of Madeira , it’s an easy one to find. Decorated specially for Christmas, which made it special.

Once you get past the drive up and too. This is a super zen absolutely stunning abode. I would return and I would recommend without hesitation.
