This new luxury villa is everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday! It features a private rooftop swimming pool, as well as a barbecue area and stunning ocean and mountain views. The house is fully furnished, offering an elegant interior. Ideal for families, groups of friends or even couples.
This brand new high class villa offers a private rooftop pool with the option to heat up at an extra daily supl, breath taking ocean and mountain views and a rooftop terrace with a large barbecue area. All rooms are equipped with air condition. This modern accommodation offers a beautiful stylish interior and is an ideal choice for families, groups of friends or even couples.
Villa Belmonte is located in Ponta do Sol, one of the most popular areas of the island. The 600 year old village of Ponta do Sol is full of restaurants, bars and shops. The distance to Funchal is approximately 17 km, and to the airport of Madeira its 29 km. The Villa Belmonte is situated in a quiet tranquil neighbourhood. It is approximately 8 minutes away beach of Ponta do Sol, and 1.2 km from the local supermarket.
The villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one with whirl pool bathtub), a smart Tv with international channels, fiber Wifi (100 mbit/s.), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and american style fridge. There is a laundry area with washing machine. The villa offers a garage and lots of parking space in front of the house.
Guests will surely enjoy the amazing views from every level of the house, especialy from the rooftop, where you can chill and swim, enjoy a nice barbecue or practise a cardio lesson on the spinning bike. The house is a well-appointed especially in the kitchen, many nice designer pieces and plenty of space throughout the entire house. There is internal access directly from the garage to the house which we loved. Wonderful unobstructed views direct to the ocean. The house itself is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is generally quiet apart from 2 points.
1. People often use the end of the cul-de-sac and as a pointing point
2. Across the road and there is a building site so during the day there is constant noise
The Wi-Fi on the bedroom and rooftop levels did not work.

Great house, great facility, great WIFI,
someone thought about it carefully when building it
A little more equipment, please.
Dishes, plates, glasses, pots, too few with a full occupancy.
With such great grill stations, more grill cutlery, please.
