Breakfast is good and coffee is always with breakfast

Soap and shampoo are a must

Everything was good location is perfect, staff was very helpful and rooms were clean

There is a musty smell in the room, and food odors from the ground-floor restaurant/bar are noticeable near the entrance to the rooms

We were able to check in at 6.30 am after informing the hostel of our early venue with a night bus, which was a real relief. The young staff ladies were incredibly nice, professional and polite. Enough bathrooms with showers (3 for males/3 for females) for a 10 people dorm. Lockers were available. Great dining room area.

The room was way too small for 10 people. Beds were either not separated or by a very narrow space. Curtains were halfway transparent. Way too much promiscuity. Importantly, beds are disposed laterally next to each others (not head to head), so when one person moves, the adjacent bed as well. The bathroom is inside the room and lets bad smells in especially at night when the dorm door is closed... Extremely hard to sleep in, was forced to upgrade to a private room after 2 sleepless nights. Bathrooms were not checked regularly as they were always missing soap and toilet papers!! Hot water was not stable. Although it is a hostel with included breakfast, there is no buffet or possibility to pick more than one dish (eggs/pancakes/noodles) with one drink (coffee/tea). Also the manager was a bit rude with us as she rushed us to finish breakfast to clear the table around 10 am and also accused us of not paying a simple coffee the previous day (said she checked the cameras!!) while no one brought us the receipt and the norm would have been to simply charge it on the room and have us paid it during check out without unjustified blaming..
