The front desk staff, especially Ruby, went above and beyond! She was very professional and made sure everything was okay during my stay, recommended local food and drink spots, and always put a smile on my face! The hotel is situated in a great location and easy to walk to everywhere you may want to go in Hue. Be sure to explore the local street food in the area - it’s top-notch!

Встретил дружелюбный персонал. Чисто.
Вначале попытались дать мне другую комнату, но я хотел с ванной, которую бронировал. Я замёрз с дороги и спросил есть ли горячая вода. Меня заверили, что есть 100%. Горячей воды хватило на половину ванны, потом пошла прохладная. Номер потреппаный, видавший многое, надо бы немного его подремонтировать.
