So very well located, and the front counter staff are unobtrusive but extremely helpfull and friendly. The lady who cleans the rooms brightens the day with a magic gleaming smile as we ascend or descend the stairs. This epitomises the whole atmosphere at Casablanca; a happy smiling good place to be. Reasonable tariffs and great food at the adjacent restaurant, complete a nice package.

Price is reasonable, room is comfortable, staff is polite, nice, and helpfull. Location is great. It's mot far from the Palace.

You get what you pay for here, the staff is great but the rooms and especially the bathroom could use a remodel
