We were there for two days to see the Christmas market. The city is great, but we were super disappointed with the apartment we stayed in. The only thing that was good was the location and we didn't need to use a car. We arrived at 3 pm, left our luggage and went out for a walk. When we got home it was around 11 pm and the water in the bathroom was not warm, just boiling. There was no cold water at all. Naturally, I immediately wrote to the agency that manages the apartment, there is no direct contact with the owner. The next morning, a person came, literally for 2 minutes and left. He said he would be back in 2 minutes and didn't come back. Later, I received a message from them that there was a problem with the water and the cold water had been turned off. We had already left without using the bathroom again. We got home early in the afternoon and another surprise awaited us. There was now cold water, but no hot water. I asked some people I saw in the building and they told me that they had no problems with the water. I can write more, but no matter what I write, no one will return our disappointment and inconvenience. Naturally, I contacted booking directly. I am also leaving a review for the apartment itself inside. Everything is very old and unsafe. The mattresses are super uncomfortable. I am leaving photos and I strongly do not recommend it so that you do not remain disappointed like us!

Locatia in centrul Craiovei. Apartament aranjat frumos, dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur scurt. Orientarea ferestrelor pentru o priveliste minunata. Accesul in locatie.

Circuite electrice nefunctionale (priza in camera mare) si prea putine prize. Cabluri electrice la vedere. Urme de vopsea lavabila la plinte. Lipsa unui sistem de aerisire controlat. Saltele de calitate slaba. Lipsa unui regulament de utilizare si care sunt costurile extra daca exista.
