现代式装修，该有的设施都有，很大也很干净。房东人很好，到达以后会先介绍房间以及各设施如何使用。虽然在小巷子里，但是离主街很近，附近餐厅很多，离麦当劳肯德基也很近。

房间非常干净，闻起来也香香的，灯火通明，我和朋友都很喜欢。房间配备了洗衣机和折叠式晾衣架，特别方便。Luiza回复信息特别快，英语沟通顺畅。位置离繁华街道不远，附近各种店铺蛮多的，就是公寓定位不太准确，跟司机说阿姆斯特丹咖啡店也不咋知道，得开着地图给司机看。
头顶淋浴式不是很习惯，浴室地漏下水太慢了，洗完澡水会一直泡着脚。
