this is first time for me in hurghada and i like it so much and i like redsea and i made alot of trips here
and about hotel i like it too much and very quite and in center city and all shops near you and cafe

The staff were exceptional and very helpful and always took time to speak and smile. Shenoda greeted us and had some fun as soon as we were checking in. Also Emah was very polite and helpful. Couldn’t recommend Zak Inn Residence enough after how the staff were. Great value for money too.
It was all good and fitted our purpose.

I had a great stay at Zak Inn Hotel and would definitely recommend it.
The location is excellent - right in the heart of the Sheraton area. It’s only a 5–7 minute walk to Felfela Street with its many cafés, restaurants, and shops, and about a 5-minute ride to Hurghada Marina, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.
A special thank you to the booking management team for accommodating my request to extend my stay while allowing me to keep the same apartment. I had originally booked from July 9th to 12th and then made a separate reservation through Booking.com. They kindly accepted my request to stay in the same apartment, which made the whole process seamless and much more convenient.
I’d also like to give special thanks to Shenouda from the reception, as well as the ladies at the reception desk. They were always welcoming, efficient, professional, and incredibly quick to help with any request. Their friendly attitude really made a positive difference throughout my stay.
The swimming pool was also perfectly maintained.
Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. The combination of the excellent location, outstanding service, and well-maintained facilities made it great value for money. I would happily stay at Zak Inn Hotel again the next time I’m in Hurghada.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay. The location was also good.
The only thing I did not like was the early check-in. I arrived early and had to pay the price of a full extra day instead of a normal early check-in fee. The difference in price was very big.
