Действительно комфортная, современная квартира в новом доме. Лифт, удобные кровати, хороший интернет и телевизор с ютубом и нетфликсом. Но рядом кафе, музыка и громкие разговоры до середины ночи. Кому-то это будет мешать. Магазины рядом. В соседнем доме хороший тайский массажный салон. Приличный пляж минут 12 пешком.
В этом районе нет привычного нам благоустройства улиц, т.е.до асфальта на Шератон роуд идти нужно по пыльной улице, усыпанной мусором. Это утомительно. Вообще даунтаун города Хургада позорно грязный. Но это уже другая история.
