konaklama öncesinde tüm detaylar mail ya da booking ile gayet anlaşılır bir şekilde iletildi. böylece daireye varışımız ve anahtarları almamız kolay oldu. ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. ev temizdi. mutfakta ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcuttu. yatak rahattı. güzel bir Basel tatili geçirdik. teşekkürler

A kapuhoz használható mágneses tokenek egy virág mögé voltak elrejtve, így későn találtuk meg és erről nem írt a szállás sem levélben sem más módon. Felhívhatná a szállás a figyelmet arra is, hogy más dugaljak vannak, mint pl. Magyarországon és csak 1 átalakító volt a szálláson.
Elég meleg volt, a mennyezeti ventilátor helyett jobb lenne légkondi, főleg, mivel az utca zajos volt, így nem volt jó este nyitott ablaknál aludni. Elég kevés volt a mosogatószer és hiányzott a mosogatószivacs. Hiányoltam a kukához való plusz zsákot is, mert nálunk hamar megtelt a kuka és hiába írták, hogy tegyük ki a megtelt zsákot a teraszra nem tudunk új zsákot a kukába tenni.

Convenient location, very comfortable beds, ceiling fans were welcome due to extremely hot weather, just what we needed for a couple of nights. It was great to get Basel Cards with our tourist tax payment, for travelling around the city.
The check-in process felt quite cumbersome, especially as we hadn't realised that our mobile roaming package didn't include Switzerland (where extra data was very expensive) and there was information we needed to download.
