Himara City 52 - Central & Beach Access

We had the room with 3 beds on the roof and it was great value for money. The pictures were pretty accurate. It was a great location, being both around the corner from the beach but also at the bottom of the hill to get to the old town. Both the AC and fridge worked with no problem. Being on the roof came with an all around view of the town too.

Neither the room nor the toilet had been cleaned after the previous guests. It was cleaned soon after we arrived, but it would have been nice for it to have been ready for us so we did not have to wait around. We were also told that towels would be brought up later on, but none were. I messaged both WhatsApp contacts to ask about this but received no response. The shower head also seemed to be broken, which caused low water pressure. And given that toilet paper could not be flushed, it would also have been more hygienic to have a bin with a lid rather than an open one.

This place is a hidden (affordable gem). Amazing location with 2 min walk to street and so close to the Main Street with restaurants. Very clean, spacious enough and so affordable between friends backpacking the balkans. I was shocked at the other reviews but it’s mostly to do with stairs as highlighted below

Only downside is if your on 5th floor the elevator, but not impossible just something to keep in mind if lots of luggage. But amazing views of the sea from the balcony of our room so pay off is worth it.
