Safe yourself the trouble and do NOT book here!

The entrance door could not be closed so there was no way of being locked out of the apartment

This property was completely unsafe and uninhabitable. On arrival we discovered the front door could not be locked because of a deliberate modification that disabled the lock. The host even confirmed this in writing (after 3 working days) and tried to excuse it by saying “the city is safe.” The accommodation also had visible mold, dirty floors, stained walls, and a barely functional shower. We reported this immediately and left the property the next day after Booking.com support advised us to vacate for our own safety. Despite returning the keys on the second day and providing full evidence, no refund was offered and they are not taking any responsibility. The property does not even answer Booking. This was the first time the property appeared on Booking.com, which may explain the lack of previous reviews, but in our case the service was fraudulent and unsafe. We trusted that they seemed to have ok reviews in other apartments, but it was a fail. Strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation.

Disappointing stay, very uncomfortable and uninviting. Nothing "homey" about this "house".

It is within walking distance to city center and Latin Quarter, and plenty of shopping near by. Also it had a full size refrigerator.

I was very disappointed upon walking into the place. It was very uninviting and did not give off a good feel. Description said its a house but its more like student living with a shared kitchen and livingroom. Bedroom doors were numbered like apartments, and no door in the place would stay open giving it a very closed off dorm style feel. There were no amenities such as hand soap or paper towels, nor does it have a washer or dryer. The few amenities listed said toaster, which there wasn't one. The terrace is a concrete slab out the back door, of a "garden view" which was brown railing around all the yards in the back. The development was loud at night with lots of partying, yelling, and music. Beds were uncomfortable, couches were run down and the TV was low quality. Pictures made it look alot nicer and bigger than what it is. I would not recommend staying here
