Good location with convenient parking, clean and tidy, quick answers from host.
We have to think hard to find any drawbacks, but ok: One of the single beds is a bit springy and the kitchen chairs would benefit from furniture pads to decrease scraping noise.

I really liked the location of the apartment — it was only a 15–20 minute walk from the city center and several grocery stores just a 5 minute walk away. There was a free parking spot right in front of the building, which was very convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed.
The bathroom air conditioning and water heater were very loud, and the room doors were quite heavy and made a lot of noise. This could be a bit uncomfortable for light sleepers.

We had a very pleasant stay in this warm, quiet, and spotlessly clean ground floor apartment. It was well-stocked with all modern conveniences, child-friendly, and thoughtfully prepared with everything needed for a relaxing break. There was plenty of hot water, and the small extras complimentary teas, coffees, shower gels, and fresh towels were much appreciated. The layout was practical, and the sofa beds were surprisingly comfortable and well-suited to our needs.
The location was excellent, with shops just across the road and the town centre a short 10-minute drive away. Once in town, everything was easily walkable.
We genuinely wished we could have brought our small dog a gentle little Bichon as the tiled floors and layout would have suited him perfectly. Hopefully, that might be considered in future.
A few small details like mattress comfort, a stiff door lock, and low TV position could be improved, but none of these took away from an otherwise excellent stay.
For the price, which was very fair, it was excellent value – well worth it, and we’ll definitely be back.
