The apartment was in a student residential area, hence it felt quite safe. It was spacious enough and was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a self-catered stay.
The location was a bit tricky, and I was delighted I eventually travelled by myself, as it would have been tricky to have to walk the kids to town back and forth on a major road. It is otherwise a 20-25 minute walk from Uni Galway. It also felt very much like a student accommodation standard.

One couple called to us, looking for help with opening the lock box in their apt, they said they had called the reception but they were no help, that shows a bad attitude on the part of the reception staff, especially as it was raining heavily at the time, (after 9pm).

It was a really clean place in a quiet neighborhood. I liked that it was close to the city centre. The host had fast responses and he was very kind and polite. I'd definitely stay here again if I came back to Galway.
