Отель новый, все материалы новые.
Отель расположен далеко от дороги. Чтобы проехать, нужна инструкция. Яндекс Карты и 2ГИС ведут неправильно. Отель страдает детскими болезнями - отсутствие элементов уюта, прикроватных тумб, элементов комфорта. Эти проблемы решаемы, но их желательно решать как можно быстрее, а не говорить гостям "ой, нам все клиенты про прикроватные тумбы говорят". Отдельная проблема - свет. К сожалению, это болезнь большинства восточных "отельеров" - неумение работать со светом и непонимание температуры света. Когда ты ехал весь день, приехал в ночи и заселился - меньше всего хочется включить свет и лицезреть, как тебе в лицо бьёт холодный белый свет 6500. Свет должен быть тёплым, зонированным и распологать к отдыху. Его нельзя делать с точки зрения "ну есть же свет, вот нате".
