Good location.
We reserved a 3-bed spacious room but got a 2-bed room near the front door which was not quiet in the morning.

Все хорошо, только нужно шумо изоляцию хорошую сделать, чтоб не слышать соседей с низу или вот сидишь в туалете все слышно.

Все чистое, новое, приятное, современное. Очень близко к аэропорту (имейте ввиду нормальная цена такси 150-400 сом и берите яндекс после наплыва). Тихое семейное место. Отдельностоящее здание - кухня и столовая. Еду можно готовить самостоятельно, а можно заказать. Мы покупали на завтрак себе что-то в магазине и потом обедали в кафешках неподалеку. Пляж рядом, долгий заход в вводу - песок, камни, песок, но довольно комфортно. Довольно чистый общественный пляж. Людей не много. Номера небольшие, но куда поставить 2 чемодана есть, и даже вещи раскидать. Хозяева приветливые, ненавязчивые, всегда помогут. Заботятся о ласточках на территории. Ухаживают за ней. Вернемся ли еще раз? - с удовольствием.
Единственный минус, в номере нет места сушить купальники. Было бы здорово сделать небольшую сушилку в душе, чтобы не капало на ковролин в комнате.
