The staff was extremely helpful. Always. We arrived early and allowed to check inn without any problem. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were ok.

Excellent staff quality, and they are kind people. I sent prior notification of arriving at 11:30 pm, and they were waiting for me. The place is very quiet, about 3-4 km from the Cholpon-Ata city center. The water front is not very far. The breakfast is good. Generally, the guest room is good. It is a typical touristy hotel.

The hotel is run by a family. They are very happy to receive you, they are very helpful and flexible. They cook very good breakfast. The owner speaks English. The gatekeeper offers to drop you in Cholpon-Ata for 200 soms.
The hotel is overpriced considering the room facilities. There is no aircon, no safe box, regularly there is no hot water in the shower. I wouldn't mind these small hiccups if the price was lower.
