Хозяйка очень внимательна, пошла нам навстречу в позднем заселении (отменили рейс, пришлось ехать на машине глубокой ночью, хотя собирались прибывать утром), давала советы и согласилась оставить наши вещи на полдня перед отъездом. Чистое бельё, хороший напор и удобная регулировка воды в ванной. Кухня очень хорошо укомплектована (есть даже молотый кофе и кофемашина) в номерах всё чисто, вай-фай работал.
Дороговато, но так везде на Иссык-Куле в сезон (мы бронировали за два месяца, это лучший вариант за такую цену).

Гостеприимная хозяйка Женя. Всегда на связи, всегда придёт на помощь, всё подскажет если что то интересует. Номера в доме не большие, но уютные.Так же в доме есть стиральная машина, утюг, фен, холодильники. Кухня отдельное помещение от дома, просторная, места хватит всем. От самого озера минут 15 ходьбы. Мы ходили подальше, за причал. Там чище и народу меньше. Кафешки и частные магазины неподалёку. Так же парк в шаговой доступности.

The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. The host was kind and the room was clean and comfortable. Value for money was superb.
The bathroom was a bit cramped and you can sometimes hear the other room if the play music but it’s not unmanageable

The facilities and room is comfortable. Nice host.
We marked it down because music was blasting from kitchen from 1:30AM to 4:30AM, as well as talking and moving about the guesthouse, and we were kept awake and felt really fatigued the next day. Not related to guesthouse but town had no running water but host provided jugs for us.
