Good Tidings Stay for 6

The home was very clean and was supplied with everything we needed, kitchen was properly equipped- beds comfy!! Grocery store only 5 minutes away- the house truly was perfect for our family vacation!

We found the distance too far to walk to the beach, but it was still very close so we drove daily to downtown York - the neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant for a short walk.

The property was very clean, and as presented in pictures. Comfortable beds and equipped kitchen. Cape Neddick has easy access to Nubble Lighthouse and Stonewall Kitchen, and just over 15 min to Portsmouth. Check in/out was easy, and host was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions.

The only recommendations I would make: Need to update instruction booklet for fireplace operation (not easy, and unclear directions), and delineate multiple thermostat coverage areas: New toilet seat is needed in downstairs 1/2 bath; Lamps would be helpful in bedrooms on nightstands; Road to get to property is not fully paved and is dark (if you plan to drive in/out at night); Cushions on kitchen table chairs would make them much more comfortable; Bench in porch room should be replaced with a comfortable chair.
