Отличное расположение квартиры, чистый подъезд, пляж в 3-х минутах. Быстрый и удобный заезд в квартиру. Есть капсульный кофе в квартире, стиральная машина с сушкой.
Краны на кухне и в ванной требуют ремонта, сильно раскачиваются. В шкафу для одежды собраны и швабры, и пылесос, и коробки, вешалки все в пыли, неприятно было вешать вещи. Кровать, на которой невозможно спать, я и не уверена, что это кровать, похоже на коробку на которую положили самый неудобный матрас, все скрипит.
