About this apartment rental

Beautiful, very bright apartment on the 7th and last floor. The living room and the bedroom open onto the large furnished terrace. The apartment is south facing facing the sea. The beaches are at the bottom of the building.
Panoramic view of the bedroom and the living room on the Lerins Islands. The apartment consists of a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, an independent WC. There are cupboards including a very large closet near the American kitchen.
In the bedroom there are 2 beds of 80 joined together (1m60), in the living room there is a new sofa bed (140).
There is a flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player. There is Wifi.
The apartment is central (all shops around the building) The train station is 200m away. There is a secure private parking (portal) The car can stay there during your stay because the buses and train serve the coastal cities (Cannes, Antibes, Nice ...) and the interior cities (Valbonne, Grasse...)

I chose the property for the location, facilities and fantastic view from the balcony. I was not disappointed. The host has thought of everything to make the stay a 'home from home'. Being only 5 minutes walk to an excellent local bus service and only a 10 minute walk to the railway station with links to many resorts along the coast this location could not be better. Juan les Pins and neighbouring Antibes provide everything you need if you don't want to travel very far. I will be recommending this property to all my friends for a special holiday.
