About this apartment rental
In a small residence, spacious air-conditioned apartment with 3 rooms, located on the second and last floor. The South -West orientation gives it exceptional brightness throughout the day. It consists of a living room extended by a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. The kitchen opens onto a terrace overlooking a garden. It becomes a privileged place for breakfast or lunch. The two bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed and one with twin beds 90x200 open onto a terrace. All bedding is new. Also note that the bathroom and toilet are independent.

Appartement très bien situé, nous avons énormément apprécié le boulevard des plages à quelques minutes à pied, boulevard très animé (bars, restaurants, marché nocturne etc….), le top pour les ballades du soir, pour manger une glace ou une gaufre😋
La literie est au top, nous avons très bien dormi! L’immeuble est très calme.
L’appartement est très spacieux, la petite terrasse est parfaite pour le petit déjeuner, la grande est parfaite pour l’apéro du soir et le dîner.
Merci à Clarence pour son accueil, qui nous avait même gardé une place devant l’immeuble pour garer notre voiture à l’arrivée et avec qui la communication est facile.

Nous avons Passer un agréable séjour en famille. Appartement spacieux. Propre. Climatisé. A deux rues des commerces et plages. Quartier calme. Immeuble calme aussi.
Le propriétaire très gentil. Et surtout à l’écoute. Je recommande cette location Les yeux fermés.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt okay, aber die Ausstattung hat schon mal bessere Tage gesehen (ist teilweise schon recht
abgenutzt); für 4 Personen sind das Geschirr und die Gläser schon recht wenig.
Leider hat die Wohnung, entgegen der Beschreibung auf FeWo-direkt.de, keinen eigenen Parkplatz!
Clarence konnte jedoch kurzfristig etwas organisieren, sodaß es für uns keinerlei Probleme mit dem Parken gab.
Einen großen Dank an Clarence auch für die schnellen Rückmeldungen per Mail.
Von der Lärmbelastung ist es schon recht heftig, da gegenüber eine große Küche für Hotel/Residence liegt, die morgens sehr früh beliefert wird - ebenso ist dort jeden Tag, auch am Wochenende, die Müllabfuhr (alles so zwischen 5 und 7 Uhr).
Sehr gut sind die Klimaanlagen in 3 Räumen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine usw.
Bäcker, Supermarkt in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen - Bushaltestellen ebenfalls.
Zu empfehlen die 200er Linie nach Cannes (ca.30 min) und
Nizza (1 Stunde 25min) .
