Perfect Stay in Juan-les-Pins !
The apartment had everything we needed. Clean, cozy and nice. The A/C worked perfectly, and the street was quiet and peaceful. The best public sandy beach is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, and there are also many private beach bars nearby. All the restaurants are within easy reach, and the city center of Juan-les-Pins is just a 5-minute walk away. Everything is very close—even the train station is nearby. I highly recommend this apartment. The host is very friendly and helpful, and she gave us great advice on what to visit in the area.

Welcoming, spotless, exceptional !
This stay was absolutely fantastic! 😊 Communication with the host was excellent – such a kind and friendly person, always available and ready to help. We received great tips for exploring the area, which made our trip even better. To top it off, the host gifted us some fresh local products – including delicious pasta sauce from the region! Such thoughtful gestures really made us feel welcome. The accommodation was spotless – ultra clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed. Honestly, nothing to complain about at all. It’s truly one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in as a regular Booking.com customer. I 100% recommend this place – you won’t be disappointed! 🌟
