The apartment had everything we needed. Clean, cozy and nice. The A/C worked perfectly, and the street was quiet and peaceful. The best public sandy beach is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, and there are also many private beach bars nearby. All the restaurants are within easy reach, and the city center of Juan-les-Pins is just a 5-minute walk away. Everything is very close—even the train station is nearby. I highly recommend this apartment. The host is very friendly and helpful, and she gave us great advice on what to visit in the area.

Nice fully equipped appartment with AC very close to the beach, railway station, restaurants and shops. The host is very kind and helpful.
