This comfortable flat, newly refurbished with quality materials, is situated on the 3rd floor (with elevator), consists of a living space of 27 sq. m and includes :
- a wide and sunny living-room with a comfortable sofa-bed for one person,
- a separate night corner with a double bed,
- a nice and South-exposed balcony,
- a well-equipped open kitchen : coffee machine, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge,
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer,
- TV, WIFI and AC.
- an underground private parking lot,
- access to the residence private swimming-pool.

Very close to the train station (10 min by foot) and the beach (2 min), you will be able to walk to all the places that make Juan-les-Pins famous : the casino (10 min), the Pinède garden full of squirrels (15 min), the Gould Square where the Jazz à Juan Festival is taking place (15 min)… You will also be just nearby all the bars, restaurants and nightclubs that animate the seaside resort. At last, in just 20 min by walk, you will be in the heart of the Old Antibes and could enjoy its Provençal market, the Picasso museum, the harbor…

From the airport (Nice) → 25 min by car or 45 min by transport
