A wonderful stay!
The interior design of the apartment was beautiful with thought given to every detail! We loved the convenient location with everything close by… beaches, train station, restaurants, and stores as well as the wonderful promenade. Davide was a very kind host who provided helpful information for the area. We will definitely return!

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il fatto che l’appartamento fosse dotato di tutto il necessario. Si presenta ordinato, accogliente e con uno stile moderno e minimalista davvero piacevole. La presenza di tutti gli elettrodomestici, insieme a qualche dettaglio extra, rappresenta un vero valore aggiunto. Inoltre il proprietario è davvero gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e speriamo davvero di poter tornare!

Piacevolissima scoperta
La posizione, molto vicina alle spiagge ed a supermercati. Davide, il proprietario, è stato molto gentile e disponibile anche nel venire tempestivamente incontro ad una nostra specifica richiesta circa la dotazione della cucina. Ci ha fornito inoltre indicazioni molto precise su come godere appieno del nostro soggiorno.

Bell'appartamento al secondo piano (con ascensore) in una tranquilla palazzina residenziale all'ombra dei pini marittimi. Si vede che è stato recentemente ristrutturato. Soggiorno con cucina super attrezzata (microonde, bollitore, tostapane, macchina x il caffè), camera matrimoniale spaziosa con un grande armadio e una scrivania, bagno con doccia funzionale con asciugamani/prodotti x la doccia/carta igienica/phon. TV sia in camera che in soggiorno, idem il condizionatore. Tante dotazioni: asse e ferro da stiro, stendino,bidoncini x raccolta differenziata, lavatrice e lavastoviglie con rispettivi detersivi, capsule caffè/tè/zucchero,fette biscottate/brioche/marmellatine e pure il barattolo del sale. Davide, il proprietario, gentilissimo, ci ha aspettato all'imbocco della via x accompagnarci all'appartamento. Vicinissimo al centro e alla passeggiata lungomare.
Unico piccolo difetto il parcheggio. L'appartamento è in una piccola via chiusa e bisogna parcheggiare contro un muretto e, non essendoci molto spazio di manovra, bisogna uscire in retromarcia. Ci sono altri parcheggi nelle vicinanze (Davide ci ha fornito una mappa) ma bisogna essere fortunati a trovare posto

Appartamento Top, nuovissimo e curatissimo in ogni dettaglio - terrazzo per colazione ombreggiato da splendidi pini marittimi! Posizione super silenziosa e perfetta per spiaggia! Proprietario gentilissimo! Complimenti torneremo sicuramente!!
