Great House - Well laid out and in superb condition.

the apartment is clean, fresh and well decorated. Aircon throughout and a great balcony (washing machine is out there). The beds were comfy and a choice of different pillows was a great touch. Bathroom is particularly well laid out.

We felt pressurised to leave the property, the moment we arrived the lady tried to make us leave earlier than stated on booking.com. Then she was calling us in the morning, this pressure unfortunately ruined the stay for us. Most properties have a 1500 check in & 1100 out but here it’s 1600 in and 1030 out, so being asked to leave earlier is poor form as after all we have rented until the check out time. Shane as it left a poor image on my family that we were not important as paying guests… I still maintain check out should be 1100 which is the standard in most places in the EU.

Enjoyed the property and Bordighera is great.

The beds were very comfortable, and there is a kitchen, table, and an actual sitting area with a TV. Self-catering, so no breakfast is included, but you can cook your own! There is a grocery store on the street just west of the property, close to Via Aurelia.

There was nothing in English on the TV, which would have been nice. We couldn't figure out how to access Netflix. The wifi password didn't work for me, so make sure you can connect before the host leaves. It wasn't a big deal for us so we didn't call them to clarify.

Appartamento bellissimo, arredato con gusto e completamente rinnovato. Pulitissimo e con tutti i confort. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Posizione comoda a tutto anche a piedi. Consigliatissimo.
