Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, arredato con cura e molto accogliente. Posizione eccellente, in pieno centro storico, ma in una zona piuttosto tranquilla la sera. Duccio è stato un host molto disponibile.
L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano di un edificio che non ha l'ascensore, ma questo punto non era riportato in fase di prenotazione; potrebbe non essere accessibile per tutti. L'appartamento è dotato di un condizionatore in camera; funziona abbastanza bene, ma abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a farlo partire ed è un po' rumoroso. Tutta l'ospitalità è gestita a distanza, con spiegazioni per iscritto o video sui vari step per effettuare check-in e check-out.

63 steps and 4 floors -this should always be shown in preview- too many messages and virtually no human response when there was an error in the entry code and delay in entering apartment .

La struttura nuova,accogliente ben curata e centralissima , Duccio si è dimostrato un host disponibile e fattivo
Beh forse i tre piani di scale ma parliamo di un palazzo in pieno centro é il prezzo che si deve pagare

Ein neues, schönes, sauberes Apartment mit hübscher Einrichtung, toller Lage, DeLonghi Siebträgermaschine [Kaffeepulver ist vor Ort :-)], gemütlichem Bett, Bad mit Fenster und Geschirrspüler.
Das Haus ist recht hellhörig, man hört die Ferienwohnung nebenan und die Nachbarn.
