This is a very cozy and comfy apartment in a new building. 3 bedrooms, nice size living area and balcony, well equipped kitchen. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating, they also helped with recommendations and offered to assist to book tours. The area is just 5 mins walk from some great restaurants and about 10-15mins walk to Borik beach. There are supermarkets and you can also find fruits and veggies (home grown) sold from people's yards. Old town is about 10-15mins by car (less than Euro 10 with ride share apps). We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Zadar and having such comfortable retreat was a huge plus.
