Sehr gute Lage, seitlicher Meerblick vom Balkon, sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Vermieter, Parken direkt am Haus. Fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Fahrradverleih Dierkes nebenan. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Klimaanlage im Zimmer - die braucht man auch im Sommer (s. „Was uns nicht gefällt“).
Am Gebäude befindet sich ein Kompressor, der zeitweise eingeschaltet ist, auch nachts - jede Nacht. Der war nach unserem Empfinden zu laut. Wofür der Vermieter nichts kann: Es gibt ungeheure Mengen an Mücken, schon im Mai. Dadurch und durch den Lärm des Kompressors ist der Balkon nur eingeschränkt nutzbar (wenn Kompressor aus, und mit ausreichend Mückenschutz).

Labai tvarkingi apartamentai su nuostabiu vaizdu i marias. Buvo viskas, ko reikia - virtuvės įrankiai, kavos aparatas. Patogi lova, jaukus balkonėlis. Ačiū už puikią viešnagę

Neužteko karšto vandens dviems žmonėms dušui (galbūt dėl šaltų orų buvo sutrikęs tiekimas)

Netoli nuo centro, švaru ir tvarkinga. Pilnai įrengta virtuvė, indai, palikta daug kavos ir arbatos.
Aprašymas apie kambarius yra melagingas - nėra jokio atskiro miegamojo ir svetainės. Iš tikrųjų yra VIENA patalpa, kurioje yra svetainė su virtuve, ir toje pačioje patalpoje į labai mažą nišą įkišta lova.
