Perfect location, cozy stay

- Perfect location. - Comfortable bed and bedding. - We visited in autumn, and the apartment was cozy and warm. - It was also very quiet since the bar downstairs was closed during the off-season. - kitchen equipped very well (dishes, cups, knifes etc. )

- Although it was quiet from outside, in the apartment you could clearly hear noises from other guests , in nearby apartments — footsteps, doors closing and everything else. - it was impossible to use TV, as it is mounted on the side wall rather than in front of the bed.

Warning! Do not book this place, if you want to sleep at night. You sleep above a night club.

The apartment was right above a night club and there was loud music, drunken people and a bass that literally shook the bed. They turned up the music and bass at 10.30pm and it went on until 3am. It’s impossible to sleep. This is not mentioned in the description. It is not a „bar“ as described, it is a night club. Only after we booked, we got a message saying it will be loud until morning. The owner never replied to any messages once we told them we were unhappy. We launched a complaint with Booking to get our money back for 2 of the 3 nights we booked. As we had to leave after one night because it is was unbearable to stay here. Kitchen is also poorly equipped.

Best vibe place for young folk

Nice view from balcony, beautiful interior of room and the place in general. Location just perfect. As it mentioned in description of there apartaments, I think this is one of the places to stay in Nida for young people because of the summery and/or hipstery vibe, bar, night music and events in the restobar in the 1st floor or building. Also staff was very kind and helpful and we really appreciate that.

There were no cups for tea or coffee and no sharp knife. The LED lamp above kitchen didn't work so it was dark. There were no batteries in TV remote so we had to borrow it from air conditioner remote and swich for a few times. There were no chairs in balcony but as we saw another balconies had it (and not the same like in room). Also the air conditioner worked poorly so some times we opened the windows because in summer the temperature was high but then it was complicated to sleep because of sounds from 1st floor bar so we think it is time to install a new air conditiner.

The balcony was commected with the room next to ours. it wasn't pleasant and we didnt have information about this. In the balcony there was only one table so, we couldnt enjoy it. The door was with a code-lock. There could be a key provided for extra safety while staying at the facility. The ceiling was quite low, had some diffuculties moving around. Although the bar opening hours were until 2am, the music was loud much longer.

Stylish place to stay

Stylish studio apartment in good location. We really liked the interior design. We were in the low season, so the bar downstairs was closed. However, it should be really loud during the summer. On the other hand, comfortable if you want to party downstairs.

Don’t expect much privacy. The second bedroom in so called two bedroom apartment is just semi-closed area upstairs the ladders without any door. The photos do not reveal this. Taking the ladders would not be possible for elderly people.

Not great

It was clean and the location was good enough.

Very small apartment. It was shown we will have 2 bedrooms. In reality, only one very small room and one more bed in the attick, where you have to climb on your knees. We expected to have two normal bedrooms and it was quite dissapointing and misleading. Its not an angry review, just be aware, its not 2 bedrooms at all.

Great apartment for a short stay.

Great location, pretty interior, everything was clean, modern room.

The bath water splashes a lot on the bathroom ground and it takes a lot of time to dry. There are missing some of the basic cooking materials and bottle opener (we bought one and left it as a gift :) ).

VERY LOUD MUSIC until 5am. No indication of this in property description, unfortunately I booked and paid for this before any of the reviews which mentioned this were uploaded. I would not have booked. If you’re looking for peace and quiet don’t go. No hand towels in bathroom.

Nakvojome 4 numeryje. Už tokią kainą tikėjomės geriau. Didžiausias nusivylimas tas, kad apartamentai virš veikiančio baro. Apie tai informavo tik jau užsakius. Baras užsidaro 2 val. nakties, tai dar pakenčiama, tačiau kaip tik naktį iš 2025-08-09d į 10d visą naktį triukšmavo ir leido muziką, kol galiausiai paryčiais 05:20 viskas baigėsi muštynėmis ir daužymusi. Apartamentai irgi - nauji bet jau patrinti: dušas praleidžia vandenį, vienos sienutės laikiklis nulaužtas; vandens maišytuvų dažai nusilupę; klozeto dangtis kliba; užuolaidas kambaryje atstoja prismeigtos prie rėmo medžiagos skiautės;
