Ground floor needs improvements

Puikūs apartamentai su nuostabia terasa ir vaizdu į mišką. Viskas tvarkinga, yra visi reikiami daiktai, privati vieta automobiliui. Esame labai patenkinti ☺️

The patio was wonderful facing the forest.

The back terrace is great, that’s honestly the best part of the property.

MISLEADING AMMENITIES: there is no air conditioning that cools. It’s simply a recuperation system. So when it gets really warm when you want AC, the apartment doesn’t cool. At night, you can’t sleep with your front and back door open for circulation, because anyone can just walk right in then. So you have your doors closed, it’s hot and just unpleasant. The description said there’s AC, but when I inquired with the host, she said they can make the floors cooler, but there’s no air conditioning. It’s a BIG price difference in Nida if you book a place with or without AC. We paid for it, but didn’t get it. The bathroom is worn, musty and just needs a thorough clean. Front door (as others said) needs proper maintenance. The place needs to be thoroughly cleaned and updated in some areas. Not what you’d expect for the price you pay.
