The property was nice and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
There was no front view of the beach.

Prompt responses from Courtney and Jenny. Allowed to check in and out an hour before and after respectively which helped us to plan our holiday accordingly.

Property was close to beach. Room was fine.
Did not like that you had to go to another location to collect the keys. The room wasn’t ready at our specified time, had to take kids out in 44 degree heat or pay for parking at a local shopping centre while he waited - took over 1.5 hours for the room to be ready from the specified time then they owner expected us to drop what we were doing to collect the keys from her. Owner was very poor at communication - lots of unanswered texts. Was told we could sit in the unclean room while the cleaners cleaned- why? Didn’t provide tissues or body wash but provided tomato sauce? Very unprofessional.
