The location, bedding, kitchen and bathroom were all excellent. Keyless entry is so handy!
Only minor thing was the split system wasn’t really that hot. Maybe due for a service.

Great location. It was handy to be able to walk into the centre of town or to the beach and botanical gardens.
Need more towel rails.

Good location, short walk to the heart of Geelong city / beach. Room was nice and cosy.
The split system heating didn’t work. Turned it on and no hot air would come out.

The Location was good,
The carpets were stained and not Clean, there were no additional things like Paper Tissues provided, there was only room service to replace Towels etc once a fortnight, The total cost for 3 nights was $885.93 r $293.31 per nght. It included Insurance which we could not remove bring $63.03. This was way way above what the facility was worth. In our opinion and from a significant amount of Travel, the place was at best worth $180 per night.
